24 HOUR EMERGENCY CALL OUT SERVICE

As our client, you can take advantage of a completely free phone call service, we charge only if one of our engineers attends. Many of our clients leave a message on their main office line asking the caller to ring our number in the case of an emergency.

 

We can then take the call and deal with it accordingly. Whether this is passing it on to the contracted company or sending one of our on call engineers. All we ask for this free service is that we are included in a share of the follow up works which for example after a leak we are asked to return to carry out permanent repairs or quote for redecorations.

 

We have the backing of fully qualified and professional vetted sub-contractors if our engineers are tied up or if your contracted companies do not respond. Most of the time an emergency call out is not necessary but the caller is happy that they have been able to speak to someone who can ease their concerns, taking the burden from them and even advise them of any steps they can take in the mean-time.

 

This is far better than employing a call centre, that have no knowledge of building maintenance or your buildings themselves. With our system you get a personal service answered by one of our managers or supervisors who have vast knowledge and experience of every possible problem that can occur within a property. Not only that our operatives will actually have direct knowledge of individual buildings and ongoing issues there. This not only allows the caller to be at ease but also ensures the right contractor is sent out.

Incidences that are considered to be an emergency and covered 24 hours:

 

  • No water

  • No heating

  • No electrics

  • Access control systems

  • Locks

  • Blocked drainage

  • Escape of water

  • Roof leaks/guttering

  • Alarm systems

  • Broken glass

  • Storm damage
