Reeves and Stapleton began trading over 38 years ago in South London. The company was foundered in 1975 by Chris Reeves and John Stapleton as a building and electrical contractor. After many years of susccessful trading the company grew. Unfortunately John is no longer with us but we continue the hard work in his good name. In 2006 with the backing from Reeves and Stapleton, James Board set up a sister company R&S UK Ltd and the rest as they say is history.
Randsuk has now acquired Reeves and Stapleton and will continue to trade in both names. Now based in Erith on the borders of London and Kent we have moved on from those early days and branched out to cover all aspects of building, decoration and maintenance.
We pride our rapidly growing business on being able to offer a fast and reliable service, that takes the onus of finding individual contractors for specialist jobs away from the client, allowing them to continue with more important duties. That ability to effectively take the problem away from the client and manage from start to finish has made us invaluable to anyone in property management and development.
Randsuk carry out work all over London and the Home Counties for many prestigious clients including Cluttons (The Crown Estate), Knight Frank, Kinleigh Folkard and Hayward, London Residential Management, Michael Laurie Magar, 1st Asset Management, Galliard Homes, ARIM and various other managing agents.
Our day to day work is primarily reactive and preventative maintenance, with a second to none response to emergencies that makes us indispensable to all our clients and ensures we are always the first port of call.
When on site the Randsuk employees take pride in doing whatever it takes to get the job done going that extra mile. Our managing director James Board is now looking to take the company further forward with taking larger refurbishments and redecoration contracts. Working on recent tenders valued at over half a million pounds, we are currently principle contractors on 5 mayor works projects within Central London.
With this foresight we will secure the company’s future but never forgetting to have the same care and attention to complete the little jobs that has brought us thus far.
